How can I make a reservation ?

How will we locate our driver after the flight arrives to the airport?
Your driver will meet you at the exit from the customs hall inside the airport terminal. Drivers will hold a sign with your name written upon it. The airport terminal can be very crowded,(especially Tegel and Schoenefeld ) therefore if you cannot locate your driver, please contact us immediately so we can call the driver and arrange an easy meeting point for you in the airport terminal.
What will happen if our flight gets delayed?
We operate 24 hours and monitor all incoming flights in Berlin. So it does not matter how delayed your flight is, or how early it is, there will be a driver waiting for you at no extra charge.
How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs?
The driver will normally wait 50 minutes for you before he makes any enquiries. He will check with the information desk and page your name and wait another 10 minutes for you before he leaves the termina airportl. We strongly recommend that you call us from public phone (our office is in Berlin), if you think it will take you more than one hour to leave customs, so we can tell the driver to wait for you as much as you need.
How long does the journey take from the airport to Berlin City?
It takes 35-60 minutes from Tegel and 55-75 minutes from Schoenefeld to Berlin City, depending on the time of the day and traffic conditions.
What methods of payment are acceptable?
We accept cash in Euro sterling, US dollars, Euro sterling travellers cheques and all major credit cards.
What airports do you serve ?
We serve Tegel, Schoenefeld, Luton and Stansted.
How do I know what time you will pick me up to go to Berlin airport ?
Your pick-up time will be indicated in your confirmation(received by e-mail). We normally pick up passengers 3 hours before the scheduled flight departure time. However, it is important that you call us before your departure to confirm that there has been no change in your pick-up address or flight time.
